How it works?

The Spiral represents your progress in the Portals practice. It consists of three intertwined strands, similar to a DNA structure. Each strand reflects growth in one of the three practices: Sense of Love, Sense of Being, Sense of Magic. Moving upward along the strands shows the development of your mastery

Level 1 → Level 2 Possible only when two strands are fully filled: Sense of Love and Sense of Being. Level 2 and above Progression is possible only when all three strands are fully filled: Sense of Love, Sense of Being and Sense of Magic. Example To reach Level 3, a total of 540 points is required: 180 points in Sense of Love 180 points in Sense of Being 180 points in Sense of Magic Basic convertation: 1 point = 1 minute of activity in the app.

Iterations Points are assigned to the strand of the corresponding practice. Multiplayer All points are assigned to the Sense of Love strand. Journal All points are assigned to the Sense of Being strand. Background presence If the user is in the app outside of the practices: Current stage 0.5 points to Sense of Love 0.5 points to Sense of Being After the launch of Sense of Magic 0.33 points to Sense of Love 0.33 points to Sense of Being 0.33 points to Sense of Magic

Your level reflects the depth of your engagement with the Portals practice. Each level represents the time and attention you have invested. Reaching Level 9 means that you have completed the full foundational cycle of the Portals method.

Sense of Magic becomes available after activating Premium. Premium can be purchased after 3 months of using the app. This period allows users to work with the foundational iterations and become familiar with the core practices. It serves as an important preparatory stage before accessing the Sense of Magic features.
